Meet the all-woman team who make it all happen

ANGELA FOWLER

Angela is the sole director of Fowler Financial Services and Fowler Consulting Services. She has been running her own business for 23 years and is passionate about providing professional and individual attention to her clients.  Many of our clients have been with us for more than twenty years. Angela is approachable and her bubbly personality puts our clients at ease.  Her pink hair shatters the traditional image of grey suited boring accountants. Angela is a member of of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants

Angela Fowler went to Cape Technikon (now known as Cape Peninsula University of Technology) and studied Cost and Management Accounting. It was a three year course and she graduated in 1991. Angela then started her first job at a small accounting firm in Sea Point where she was happily employed for three years.

Angela then decided she needed a change and moved to a Chartered Accounting Firm in Pinelands managing the Tax Department. The unfortunate closure of the business, lead to the birth of Fowler Financial Services in 1996.

Fowler Financial Services started with a small number of clients, which many of them are still with us today. The kinds of clients have varied from companies, close corporations, sole proprietors, schools and trusts.

Angela joined South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) which is our governing body which allows us to have a practice number with the South African Revenue Service, and liaise with them on your behalf. In addition to this SAIPA requires that Angela attend a minimum of forty hours of courses annually to keep updated in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Fowler Financial Services has grown tremendously over the years, it has been a pleasure working with the people that I have, we have walked a long journey being entrepreneurs in the unpredictable times of tax in this country.

DAWN VOSSER

Dawn is a book-keeper with a wicked sense of humour.  Her dry wit often has the office in hysterics.

She is dedicated, methodical and precise and is an invaluable part of the team.

LAURA DANIELS

Laura is a book-keeper and our resident computer expert.

Laura is innovative and is eager to improve her skills.  She is a vital support for Angela and an irreplaceable member of our team
